As an Environmental Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering contaminated land and occupational hygiene projects across NSW and Australia. Working both independently and collaboratively with our team, you will undertake site investigations, interpret technical data, prepare high-quality reports, and mentor Graduate Environmental Consultants as they develop their careers.

Who You Are
- Degree in Science or Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in environmental consulting, particularly in contaminated land and occupational hygiene.
- Strong understanding of NSW contaminated land legislation, guidelines, and industry best practice.
- Experience undertaking contaminated land investigations, including soil, groundwater, soil vapour, asbestos, and occupational hygiene assessments.
- Experience preparing Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments, Phase 2 Detailed Site Investigations, Validation Reports, and Monitoring Reports.
- Strong technical report writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a close-knit team.
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Friendly, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with travel within NSW and interstate.

What You'll Do
- Undertake contaminated land and occupational hygiene field investigations and environmental sampling.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports, including Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments, Phase 2 Detailed Site Investigations, Validation Reports, and Monitoring Reports.
- Interpret environmental data and develop practical, evidence-based recommendations.
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with NSW legislation, industry guidelines, and EGA quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, laboratories, subcontractors, and regulatory stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Mentor and support Graduate Environmental Consultants in their technical development.
- Work collaboratively with Project Managers and senior staff to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Continuously develop your technical knowledge and contribute to a culture of learning and improvement.
