Steven is the Director of EGA and a highly experienced Principal Environmental Scientist with over 15 years of expertise in contaminated land and environmental management. His career spans both North America and Australia, where he has delivered tailored solutions for complex environmental challenges across diverse industries, including infrastructure, commercial/industrial, and residential projects.

Steven’s project portfolio includes managing large-scale infrastructure developments and brownfield redevelopment projects, with a particular focus on pragmatic and sustainable remediation strategy and waste minimisation.

Known for his strong leadership, communication, and collaborative approach, Steven works closely with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to achieve measurable outcomes. With a forward-thinking tactic, Steven integrates emerging technologies and innovative solutions to address modern environmental challenges, ensuring the best possible outcome for our clients.

Under Steven’s leadership, EGA continues to deliver industry-leading environmental and remediation services, setting a benchmark for quality, innovation, and sustainability.

Beyond his professional achievements, Steven is an avid adventurer. He is a certified dive master and a small aircraft pilot.

Filda is the General Manager at EGA, bringing over 12 years of experience across Australia and Europe. Since joining EGA at its inception, she has played a key role in driving EGA’s strategic and operational success, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and optimizing business operations to align with company goals.

She oversees various functions, including HR, Finance, Marketing, and CSR, ensuring efficiency, growth, and continuous improvement. With expertise in Sales, Portfolio Management, and Consulting, she takes a data-driven approach to decision-making and process optimization.

Passionate about community initiatives, event management, and team leadership, Filda is dedicated to fostering collaboration and innovation.

Outside of work, she enjoys Latin dancing, Yoga, and exploring new destinations.

Isabelle is an Operations Manager with over 7 years of experience in contaminated land investigation and management, as well as occupational hygiene assessment and remediation compliance. She has successfully led teams on significant projects across NSW and Australia, including The Northern Road Upgrade, Parramatta Light Rail, M12 (West) and Sydney Metro Projects.

Her expertise spans large-scale infrastructure projects, preliminary and detailed site investigations, remediation and validation works, acid sulfate assessments, and asbestos compliance and supervision. As an Operations Manager, she excels in project management and resourcing, ensuring her team meet client expectations and project objectives.

Outside of work, Isabelle enjoys playing tennis and trying new foods with friends!

Zoe is an Office Manager with a passion for helping teams operate smoothly and efficiently. With a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills, she ensures that daily operations run seamlessly. She plays a key role in assisting with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees, helping them acclimate to their roles effectively.

Since joining EGA, Zoe has been instrumental in streamlining administrative processes, managing assets, and providing support to various departments.

Outside of the office, Zoe enjoys hosting board game nights and walking her dog, Toadie!

Maeve is a Project Administrator with a background in environmental science. She supports the team by managing project-related administration, assisting with accounts, and working closely with project managers to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Since joining EGA, Maeve has become a reliable point of contact across projects, helping to keep operations organised and on track.

Outside of the office, Maeve enjoys baking cakes and getting lost in a good fantasy novel.

Adrian is a highly experienced Principal Environmental Consultant with over 24 years in the environmental consultancy sector, specialising in contaminated land assessment, remediation, and human health and ecological risk assessments. He has held senior positions, including Technical Director at WSP and Principal Environmental Scientist at GHD, where he successfully managed complex projects involving organic contaminants in soil and groundwater.

Throughout his career, Adrian has demonstrated strong leadership, managing project budgets, maintaining client relationships, and mentoring junior consultants. He has extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and community consultation on sensitive environmental issues, and has served as an expert witness in the Land and Environment Court.

Adrian is also a Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP) and an active member of several professional associations. With his wealth of knowledge in land contamination and his extensive network within the industry, Adrian is well-equipped to provide strategic advice and sustainable solutions for EGA’s clients.

In his free time, Adrian enjoys riding his motorbike and gardening.

Max is a Project Manager, Environmental Consultant and Licensed Asbestos Assessor with a strong background in all aspects of contaminated land management as well as occupational hygiene. His experience ranges from significant infrastructure projects such as Sydney Metro and Western Sydney Airport, to preliminary and detailed site investigations, remediation and validation works, and asbestos air monitoring.

Since joining EGA in 2021, he has demonstrated expertise in various contamination assessments, remedial strategies, and occupational hygiene evaluations to meet client objectives.

Max has designed and delivered remedial strategy across a broad catalogue of successful residential redevelopment projects. As a team leader, he effectively manages consultants and projects to ensure successful outcomes.

When he is not in the office, Max enjoys fishing and sailing, taking every opportunity to be out on the water!

Thomasine is an Environmental Consultant and Project Manager with a focus on contaminated land investigation, management, and occupational hygiene assessment. Since joining EGA in 2022, she has contributed to major infrastructure projects, including the M12 (West) Alignment and the Jannali Station Upgrade.

Her experience spans preliminary and detailed site investigations, remediation validation, acid sulfate assessments, groundwater investigations and asbestos air monitoring. As a valued mentor, Thomasine excels in leading teams to meet client expectations and project objectives, by fostering a collaborative environment.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing soccer and basketball. Her dog, Arlo, is an honorary member of the team and occasionally visits the office to brighten everyone’s day!

Andrew is a Senior Project Manager with a focus on outdoor air quality, occupational hygiene and construction noise & vibration. Since joining EGA in early 2024, he has contributed to major infrastructure projects, like Western Sydney Airport’s Surface and Civil Alignment Works as well as smaller developments, construction noise and vibration management plans and outdoor air quality assessments.

His experience spans outdoor air quality and impact assessments, construction noise and vibration management plans and monitoring, asbestos air monitoring, inspection and clearance, and hazardous building materials surveys.

Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, working on his golf swing, and enjoying some fresh air with his dogs.

Lachlan is an Environmental Consultant and Project Manager with over two years of experience specialising in contaminated land investigation and management, occupational hygiene assessment and remediation compliance. Since joining EGA, he has successfully led teams in occupational hygiene and contaminated land projects to meet client expectations and project objectives.

His diverse project experience includes large-scale infrastructure initiatives such as the NSW Flood Relief Program, Sydney Metro, and various railway projects. Lachlan is skilled in conducting preliminary and detailed site investigations, groundwater monitoring assessments, and acid sulfate assessments, ensuring thorough contamination assessments for numerous clients across NSW.

Lachlan is passionate about the environment and in his free time loves spending time outdoors, going to the beach and training for marathons!
